While the climb was going on, there were lots of extra Eagles around.
Perhaps there was a Herring feeding opportunity going on.
Em & Mr. Em were in Fosters* Fir a lot.
Once the fellows left, this was the only Eagle left for me to see.

Before the guys went up, i had a look around the base of the Tree & spotted these two items!

gitchi miigwetch booni!  What great photos!  I think i see the piece that ajl has asked about several times.  It appears to be the drain at the base of the cam.

i got invited out on the Sun Corona to get footage of Bird activity, still related to the Herring Spawn.

This beautiful Cormorant is getting their breeding plumage!

A pile of Sea Lions at Norris Rocks.

i was trying to nab fotos of these gorgeous Cormorant in their breeding plumage!

Oop!, i just noticed the Black Turnstone to the right in this one.

Look how fabulous they are!
Like a pack of drag queens!
i believe the brown one is an immature.

Yay!
Another boat trip to document the Bird feeding behaviours after the Herring Spawn.
Here we are at the dock, & i spot a lovely Bird who looks a bit strange.
A Horned Grebe starting to change into breeding plumage!
During all the Herring feeding activity, the Sea Birds lose their winter plumage & begin to change into their breeding plumage.
The Herring feed fest fuels this intensive change.
Look how the foto caught the Grebe shaking water off their head & you can see the drops spinning off!

Here we are at Norris Rocks, & we spot a Sea Lion pup nursing.

On our way out to Helliwell & Flora Island, someone spots Krill in the water!
Everywhere we go there are Sea Birds floating & feeding.
Perhaps this is one thing that they are eating.

These next fotos made my day!
i didn*t realize the plan was to circumvent the Island.
Here we are passing Grassy Point.
