We are waiting on a part for the mic to see if that can be repaired - there are other issues (like the camera) that still need to be investigated and purchased.
As far as the climber willing to put the system back in the tree, if you remember the cam was initially installed in April, I believe, so a climb is possible at any time. The cam tree is a considerable distance from the nest and did not appear to bother the eagles when it was first installed.
