Is The Cam Down
« on: October 18, 2020, 04:59:18 PM »

We are having some issues with the internet and cam streaming at this time. Once we know what is needed to  get things going again we will update this post. The cam itself is working but the video stream and sound have not been agreeable and while this is  being looked into we also wont have access likely to the camera for activity reports. Please bear with us, we are trying to work out the bugs.

Hi, we are still working on the cam issues. Right now the cam does stream on youtube and the  website pages with the embedded cam. However right now the cam still buffers more than it streams and the sound is not available. Updates  on  what's going on will be posted here, when  more information becomes available,  again we are working  at it, please  bear with us.
Thank you for  your continued interest and support.

gillie, we were totally shocked on october 5 to discover they had a permit to cut down the Nest Tree!
We have documented what happened in the Ground Observations topic

here

& the Hornby Cam videos topic

here

We continue to watch both Em & Mr. Em, who have returned to the Island, to see what they will do now!

Thanx Booni. I finally found the update on happenings, I had been going to wrong site! Like your good self it is so hard to come to terms with, breaks my heart. So happy both eagles are back and so hope they can find a new home to be happy in. Is there any chance we will ever be able to observe them close up again? The people who keep us all updated are such amazing people, huge thanx to you all for all the years of happiness you have given to so many across the world.

Still trying to deal with some cam issues, but we can see them working on their new nest in Constable's Tree, at least. They seem quite energetic, the nest area is filling up with sticks.
We thank you  for continuing your support
