The next day, & we are doing this same walk.
i am almost positive this is the Eaglet branching til i get my camera focused on the Eagle.
This branch is up higher than the Nest, so a good vantage point out to the water while being able to keep an eye on the Nest activity, too.

As we get closer.

Once again we can hear the Eaglet calling, but are not able to spot them.
Suddenly there is movement & loud calls, the Eaglet doing a typical hissy fit type calling & flapping, maybe trying to get the attention of the adult.
Funny how every year, all the Eaglets do these same behaviours.  heart

Looking up to the parent.

Look at those cute rubbery clean new toes clinging onto that branch while flapping!

White tail tips.

This is the second time the other adult brought food to the Nest for the Eaglet.
Here the Eaglet is mantling the food on the left side of the Nest, while the adult has skidaddled off to the right.
Then watch the Eaglet chase the parent out of the Nest!
Haven*t we seen that maneuver before!
Eaglets are so funny.
Now this one isn*t sure what to do with the food.

The adult is still perched in the same spot, keeping an eye on everything, including us.
She has a very full crop!
