Yes, i found that perch Tree, that youngster was indeed on Little Trib.

On another day, i went looking for a deformed-looking youngster that was reported around one of the two Sea Lions washed up in the south corner of this territory.
i*ll spare you the fotos of the carcasses, which i have been sending to DFO to give them a heads up tally of how many are washing up dead here.
As i turned the corner & headed up the Seawright side of the Bay, wren, i spotted this Nest.
i forget what is going on here & where the Nest is now.
Is this an old Nest that has collapsed do you think, wren?

Getting in closer to the Nest.
That big lower branch has a huge crack in it & will be breaking off sometime soon, i bet.

I'm trying to figure out which tree it is in your photograph...

In this post from last year, there is a photo of last year's nest; then the second photo shows the older nest tree in the background with the newer one.

I'm having trouble figuring out which tree you photographed; the angle is different. I think it sort of looks like the newer nest tree!
I wonder what has been going on. I'll try to go take a look soon.

I went to take a look this afternoon with Idahowa.

The fallen nest is the old one. The new nest looks good, with what looks like some added material. I couldn't see anyone in it but the angle was difficult; there could easily have been a whole family hidden in there.

An adult eagle was perched nearby.
A few photos will follow....

This youngster looks a bit thin.
But the crop is full today.
Maybe of the dead Sea Lions washed up nearby.

Looks like a youngster who has just made it through their first year.
