LAUNCH DATE ANNOUNCEMENT!

HEGPS will be launching the new Hornby Eagles nest and territory cam on Friday, April 20, 2012 at 10:00 AM PDT.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked on the installation and testing. There are a few minor issues that will soon be resolved, but we have decided to begin streaming so that you can share in the fun.

We hope you will join us in the chat room for this happy event. See you at Hornby!

What a terrific launch of our new cam.  big grin.  We're getting some great tours of Hornby Island, which includes the eagle hot spots. Mom or Dad are snuggled down in the nest incubating egg/s, but we see them when they fly in or out for shift change.

This is the link to the Hornby Eagles Nest & Territory Cam and chat page. The Decorah cam is embedded below it, courtesy of Raptor Resource Project.

Many thanks to everyone who has made it possible to see the Hornby nest again. It's so wonderful.

I would really love to be able to see both cams at the same time - can they be placed closer together? Thanks.

GZE, do you mean the Hornby and Decorah cams?   We tried to make them fit on most monitors, because we all want to follow both.  nod    If yours do not fit, try "zooming in" on Firefox, or reducing the % on IE - does that help at all?  If not, PM me and I will try to sort it out for you.
